Where do I even begin!! Whitney is a godsend. She is worth her weight in gold, and then triple that. She flawlessly made my vision come to life for our July 4th wedding. She's so much more than a wedding planner--she's become family to us (this is a story for another time) I will forever recommend her services to anyone who is in need of someone to make a special day come to life. 💜

Whitney was an invaluable part of our wedding journey - not just our day. She has essential insight for a Type A bride, an eye for snafus that are miles down the road (as well as quick fixes), and she was the best hype woman the day of. Throughout the process, I was very locked in on ~every~ detail but when the time came, she had built such a trust and an understanding of our vision, that we were able to let go and truly enjoy the day. It's such a simple idea but I honestly went from losing sleep to the best day of our lives without lifting a finger. We know for a FACT we couldn't have done this without her. Our wedding party loved her firm but friendly energy that ensured everyone knew their roles and cues. They told us how grateful they were to feel so sure about each part of the day and how lucky we were to have such a master at work. She seamlessly coordinated each of our many vendors ensuring they had what they needed to deliver on our day without interrupting myself or my husband from quality time with our loved ones. It was a true privilege to be a Magnolia couple. We could never thank her enough.

The Knot

Whitney did my wedding back in November 2025. I originally was against hiring any planner cause I am so type A (and a control freak). But my mom HIGHLY suggested a planner since we were planning a wedding away from home (OH). And I am so glad I hired Whitney! She made the planning process a little less stressful! She made sure all our vendors were secured and ready to go for our big day. Communication with Whitney never failed to disappoint. She always responded within the day, unless she was busy with her other job she ALWAYS apologized for the late response and caught up on a lot late messages, etc… I would hire Whitney again if I could have another wedding haha. Working with Whitney wasn’t like working with a wedding planner it was like working with a best friend:)

The Knot

We LOVED working with Whitney for our wedding day! She is the absolute BEST! I will admit I was a nervous wreck through most of the process due to every challenge thrown at me but she handled it the best way for me which was stress free on my end! We loved working with her every minute we had! I couldn’t recommend her enough! Whitney is the type of person you instantly can get along with, it honestly felt like a friend was helping us the whole entire time! I can’t recommend this wonderful person enough!

If I could rate Whitney 10 stars, I would! She is the most badass, hard-working coordinator you can find. She not only did a phenomenal job running our wedding day, she SAVED the day multiple times and it never once affected the day. Our day was PERFECT because of Whitney and her team. She has also worked another family members wedding and did the same thing. She pours her ALL into her clients and I’m so thankful we had her for our wedding. Happy to say we also became friends too! She is a wonderful human. 100/100 recommend Whitney at Magnolia!

We used Whitney and Magnolia Event Planning as a “day of” planner for my daughter’s wedding this past weekend. Whitney did a fantastic job with decorating and setup to ensure that the wedding was a perfect success. In addition to communicating with and confirming vendors, she walked us through the ceremony during rehearsal and helped us with the timing of the wedding activities.We truly appreciated the access to her large inventory of decorations. Whitney used her own creativity to setup a sweetheart table, which looked fantastic! She also decorated the entry to the ceremony with table assignments on a vintage mirror and an audio guestbook area. We were extremely happy with here designs and the wedding was absolutely beautiful.

I run a venue and recently had the pleasure of working with Whitney!She was a dream to work with! Super responsive and attentive!
