By submitting your video testimonial, you grant Magnolia Event Planning and Design a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, edit, publish, distribute, and display your testimonial for any purpose related to marketing, promotional, or commercial activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Displaying the video on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

• Editing or adapting the video for various formats or uses while maintaining the authenticity of your message.

You agree that Magnolia Event Planning and Design is under no obligation to use or publish your video testimonial, and you will not receive any compensation for the use of your testimonial unless agreed upon in writing.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Accuracy: We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any testimonial content submitted by users, and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content.

• Third-Party Platforms: Your video testimonial may be shared on third-party websites or social media platforms. These platforms have their own terms of service, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for how these platforms handle your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnolia Event Planning and Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services or from the use of your video testimonial.
